Mexico beat Australia 10-0 in four innings on Wednesday at Volunteer Stadium after a six-run explosion in the third inning.
Mexico scored in the third on a solo home run by Jose Angel Leal, a two-run double by Diego Cantu, a two-run double by Fabian Alejandro Mar, and a passed ball.
Victor Juarez went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for Mexico. He singled in the third inning and homered in the fourth inning.

Jose Angel Leal pitched lights out for Mexico. Australia managed just one hit off of Angel Leal, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out 10 during his 3 2/3 innings of work.
Harrison Wheeldon couldn't get it done on the mound for Australia, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked three and struck out four.
The game's last lead went to Mexico thanks to a first inning rally that saw two runs cross the plate on.
