Zach McWilliams carried Southeast to a 4-2 victory over West on Tuesday at Lamade Stadium with a strong game at the plate and on the mound.
McWilliams was hot from the plate for Southeast. McWilliams went 1-3, drove in one and scored two runs. He homered in the fifth inning.
McWilliams baffled West, striking out six batters. McWilliams allowed one earned run on four hits and three walks over 4 1/3 innings.

Even in defeat, Lucas Marrujo played well for West.
Marrujo racked up two RBIs on one hit for West. He homered in the fifth inning.
Marrujo handled Southeast's lineup with ease, racking up seven strikeouts. Marrujo allowed one earned run, five hits and one walk over four innings.
Tyler Jones helped Southeast pull ahead for the duration in the seventh inning. After Jones, Jones came to the plate with the score tied at two in the seventh inning, and homered.
Jones got on base two times in the game for Southeast. He scored one run and had one RBI.
Ryan Oden got it done on the rubber on the way to a win. He allowed one run over two innings. Oden struck out three, walked none and gave up four hits.
JonLuke Hobdy couldn't get it done on the bump for West, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
Southeast jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the second. The Southeast attack began with a single from Oden.
West quickly matched Southeast's strong inning with a two-run inning of its own in the fifth. West scored on a two-run home run by Marrujo.
